Mysterious Letter

       I found this scan of a STRANGE letter after digging in the file cache we got from our datamining session.

       It's addressed to someone named Brad. Brad is also the name of one of the organizers of the Counter Strike 1.6 Tournament from 2006, so this could very well be that guy.

I'm sure that must be a normal name or something, but I can't for the life of me make out what it is. Here's some possible names that I've thought of so far:

-Augustine Sanders

-Azaria Schneider

-Archibald Savage

-Andromeda Schmidt

-Anastasija Shirazi

I've tried many combinations of those first names and last names but I got nowhere. They barely look like the name in the photo anyway but it's all I could come up with...

Anyways, the writer seems to be taunting Brad. We know that Brad was trying to prevent the Green Death event from happening, giving a call to the Head Organizer to pull out the dangerous contestant from the Tournament.

I've heard stuff about that thing.. "The Eye That Speaks" It's almost like some kind of myth.. Weird to see it tied to Pparrott. Maybe it's what Creeperoni was talking about? The CEO?

I found something that talks about it briefly: The Sumerian History Program.

The program talks about a sumerian monk that got possessed by said entity. Could this be tied to the Wallachian Monks myth? (See: Counter Strike 1.6 tournament training 1, 2:16 some text about it appears briefly)

There's a weird corrupted entry on our wiki. I've tried to delete it to no avail, and every time I look at it I get pulled away from it. It's almost like I see green for a moment.

This is all getting a bit too deep even for me (Though I like being deep if you know what I mean HAHHAHAHAHHAA)

PPARROTT Datamine

      Recently me and Mike have successfully gathered MORE files on PPARROTT and their potential friends. We have found documents, photos, audio files and some rather.... strange file types?

      We also found some new videos, but they're in some strange, almost archaic codecs and they haven't been able to run on any machine I've tried them on. There is one video, however, that I've been able to extract little audio from. This video is called "arcloadEXCTRBKAPcompoundLOCKSZtype.avi"

(Mysterious figures, possibly part of The Renegade Group)

      Upon further research, we've determined that this photo was taken in front of BKAP's house.

The hooded figure on the left resembles that of the one standing in front of BKAP's house when he was locked in by The Renegade Group, so we could assume that these 2 are part of it. (Or at the very least associate with them.)

When I first heard this I was left pretty disturbed, and the damn photo didn't help either...

Interpretation of what was said:

Person A: Everything is ready on our end. When the event is concluded, we will ship over all leftovers and human organisms to [unintelligible].

Person B: [unintelligible] most grateful to work with you.

If I may ask... What will the Doctor do after the event is done?

Person A: He will reinvent life itself.

I'm not gonna lie, I don't understand what this is about. They could have been talking about something completely unrelated, but what I can say for sure is that it seems very odd...

Group 202

 Group 202 appears in the leaked ai training montage from the 4 hour anim footage.

From what we can decipher, they worked for PPARROTT in the AI training department. Does this mean Jim, with his Group 45 worked for PPARROTT too?

PPARROTT AI

 PPARROTT Seems to have been training AI that mimics player behavior in the source engine. A leaked tape showing training montage has been discovered in the 4 hour anim footage, after I (Mike) manually decoded another 5 minutes. This could also be the reason why PPARROTT was trying to get the SDK for the Source engine (with a faithful recreation of the event being shown in this video). Why would they want to train fake players though? Does this mean they already had successful ai in GoldSRC?

The 2006 "Green Death" Event

 

Apparently, shortly after the end or near the end of the Counter Strike Tournament from 2006, thousands of people died. The only info about it can be found in this restored KnowpediA article:

The 2006 “Green Death” event is a massive tragedy where most of the spectators of the 2006 Counter Strike Tournament passed while watching it. The survivors of the phenomena were left with conditions similar to schizophrenia.

One of the contestants started something that one of the organizers reffered to as a “Green Light” event, where apparently spirits were released into people’s homes. These spirits completely terrorized the spectators, using elements of psychological warfare. Some of the specators were killed by the spirits, while others were coerced by them into suicide.

The helper organizer, Brad, tried to warn people of the contestant. Shortly after the tragedy took place, he went missing. It is estimated that ~2400 people died that day.

The rest of the page was corrupted.

Creeperoni

 Creeperoni was a creepypasta/ video essay YouTube channel that specialized in making videos about creepypastas and also unsettling real life events. We had him on our fifth edition of our podcast (which we're posting now). He's also the person that supplied us with the info of the 2006 Counter Strike 1.6 Tournament.

When we were wrapping up the episode, Mike started to cough up a lot, almost threw up on my carpet too which was annoying as hell. While we were gone, Creeperoni went offline. We tried to contact him again but he's gone completely dark.

We have picked up some of his files regarding the CS 1.6 Tournament, with still much more to uncover.

Tournament Organizers

 The CS 1.6 Tournament was actually a pretty huge thing back in 2006 and it's even more surprising that there's barely any info of it. The Tournament had 2 organizers.

Head Organizer (Unidentified) - This mysterious figure is responsible for handpicking the contestants that play in the tournament He was very eager to involve Chicken Sandwich and Pparrott in the tournament.

Helper Organizer (Brad) - This guy also interviews the contestants, holding an interview with Chicken Sandwich. The second he found out that he represents Pparrott, he starts freaking out and wants to end the interview early, but doesn't know how. When Chicken Sandwich becomes more insistent about promoting Pparrott he quickly wraps up the interview, which was unusual for him. Hours later, he gives the Head Organizer a phone call, telling him that it's wrong to have Pparrott members in the tournament and that Chicken Sandwich could cause a major scale GREEN light event, killing thousands. Apparently Brad was not informed of Pparrott's involvement in the tournament. Brad records the conversation between the two, saving it as "proof_pparrott_possible_associate.avi".

The Renegade Group

 The Renegade Group is the group that tracked down BKAP/ Torneix. They locked him inside his home and forced him to play a de_dust2 match where all of his teammates and enemies die over and over again.

The Renegade Group could possibly be affiliated with Pparrott Industries.

de_dust2 HELL

 Burger King Ass Pickles has been teleported to de_dust2 2 times. The first time he managed to escape the hypnotic scene of never ending death, however the second time he was not so lucky. A group of people tracked down his location, locked him in his own house, started heavily monitoring him and forced him to stay at his computer watching the events of dust2 over and over again.

Dust2 seems to be used as some sort of purgatory, and is running on both Goldsrc Counter Strike and Source 1 Garry's Mod. The players dying over and over again in Part 1 and 2 are real players, in part 333 however, the players dying over and over again seem to be bots.

The Renegade Group could be possibly tied to Pparrott Industries, as they have been documented to use elements of psychological warfare to take down their opposition.

Haunted cs_italy

 cs_italy - A map from Counter Strike 1.6 that seems to have a bunch of paranormal events happen inside it. Time Jumps and 4th wall breaks have happened numerous times to the people mentioned in this blog. Check other posts for info about the individuals involved in the lost Counter Strike 1.6 Tournament.

Taco Bel and Kebab Warrior

 Taco Bel and Kebab Warrior - These 2 had a meme channel together back in 2006. They found a moveable sprite of Brian Griffin in cs_italy. They made the famous "It's Brian Griffin" meme that got 10M views. As they played around more in the map, sprites of Pparrott Industries started to appear.

Chicken Sandwich

 Chicken Sandwich - The Tournament contestant that represented Pparrott in the 2006 matches. It is uknown currently what happened in that tournament. There's a clip of him getting very obsessed with Counter Strike to the point that he became a pro at the game in 5 days after finding out about it.

BKAP/Torneix

 Burger King Ass Pickles - Tried to train for the tournament but was very bad at the game, instead he made videos of him playing with bots and trying to pass them off as real matches, and even in those he lost. He seems to have been detained in Dust2, forced by a group of people to play in that map nonstop. They locked him inside his room, monitoring his house constantly. We don't know his true identity and if he's even alive.

The people that have locked him inside his home might be associated with Pparrott Industries.

The Tournament

 CS 1.6 Tournament took place in 2006, there's barely any info of it online, only things we've recovered are some CS videos from multiple YouTube channels (Burger King Ass Pickles aka Torneix, Chicken Sandwich, Taco Bel and Kebab Warrior, CS16Tournaments.com.ro.com)

 A remote with a single red button, an antenna and a note with no letters on it. It is able to generate/summon the green light event.

PPARROTT Industries n01

This is a company that existed since the early 80s and has made a lot of revolutionary products, such as the Holocycle, PowerHelmet, The Android 1.0, The Wall (1.0 and 3.0). They also made a weird item called The Transmitter, which can be seen being tested in this video.

Red Light.

 The red light event is the exact opposite of the green light.

It's good and is a sign that you are protected from any spirits.

Which means that the only way to be safe from green lights is... to turn off the lights. but that means that the red light is also not gonna happen?

It's your choice.

This is a game, that John made, where you go to craiyon.com , and generate some images of rocks and like, fake sell them, i don't know man.

all i now is that John played it in this video and that it has its own blogspot and discord server where you can post submissions or something.

Experiment #73

 ...is the time when a group called "Group 45" wanted to contain a vessel.

It is shown in the Souls & Ghouls VHS tape.

Halfway through the video, the tutorial is interrupted by someone to give exposition on someone named "Jim"

That night, Jim (the last member of the group) was woken up by a notification on his phone telling him that his vessel caught a spirit.

He ran in the rainy night, when he saw the the vessel, and everything around it, was burning, and as described by him "the most terrifying thing he ever saw". 

After that, he was pronounced dead, but it is still rumored that he is alive.

On our archive youtube channel, some videos have been uploaded, not by us, but by him,  at least that's what we think. 

All of those weird videos with codes and glitchy titles were uploaded by we think?

Souls & Ghouls ™

Souls & Ghouls is a VHS tape that was released in the late 90s.

It contains a tutorial on what to do when you die and want to find a vessel, or if you want to contain a soul yourself.

Halfway through the video, it is interrupted by someone to tell us the incident of experiment #73, conducted by Jim

Green Light.

The green light event is when a room or multiple rooms are encapsulated by green light (the bulbs change from yellow/blue/white to green, a lamp changes to green, even fridge lights can be affected).

When a room is encapsulated by green light, that means that a spirit is ready to attack.

The green light phenomena can't happen if there are no lights present in the room.

The red light, on the other hand, is a good thing.

Green Light Monster.

The green light monster is a monster that appears after the green light event has happened. 

After the light has been established in the room, the monster is officially in there.

 It can only attack if the victim is in complete darkness. It lurks in the shadows.

The way not to get killed is to either be in a well lit room with little to no shadows, or bring multiple flashlights with you when you are exploring and always have some shining at your body.

The way to kill this monster is to put a fast burst of bright light in every corner of the room.

Preferably a flashbang.

This user, supposedly 14yo in 2017, was an avid pirate and wanted to download Garry's mod for free.

So he got onto the russian website where he would normally download games and downloaded the first link. 

Little did he know it was the cursed version we are documenting.

He opened up his cracked version of bandicam and started recording machinimas and random gameplay.

One day, on our harddisk, a corrupted mp4 video which was 4 hours long appeared.

We have been able to decode only 6 minutes, everything else is either jumbled garbage or blank.

Garry's Mod 0.5.2

Garry's Mod 0.5.2 is a mysterious version of the game that was only available for 1 day.

Fortunately, it was archived on some kind of russian piracy website, and preserved for all to see and download.

This version of the game was released back in 2017 and contains a few very big changes, one of them being actual living and sentient spirits inside the game.

We are trying to find all footage of the game that we can, including our own playthroughs.

 One of the more interesting finds was the 4 hour footage of anim550122, which is the decoded footage part(n) on our channel.
